I realize the market for singles websites is becoming quite flooded recently but i decided to dive in anyway...so now I have my website up and I have implemented google adsense and adwords but I still need a tagline/catch phrase that will draw in the right crowd. [inactive link removed]We are an online community of singles, couples and friends who are looking to get out of the house and have fun by meeting new people and participating in special events, such as: camping trips, bar/pub nights, dances, cruises, BBQs, sporting events, etc, etc...The language of love: Physically fit or perceptive men attracted between 60 and 70 per cent more interest from women who wanted to get to know them better, while sweet, ambitious or funny women saw between 20 to 45 per cent more approaches, which could lead to a date (stock image) Words used on a profile were shown to have a larger impact on women’s decision to approach men at between 64 and 69 per cent, while men are slightly more biased towards a pretty face, with only 43 to 46 per cent being more swayed by words.‘While the research shows certain words serve to grab fellow daters’ attention, at e Harmony we know that daters are looking for quality dates every time. You know the old saying about first impressions, and how you only get one chance to make them? You can have the most handsome, photogenic dating photo in the world, but tacking a horrible username on it has roughly the same effect as that iceberg had on the Titanic.And--am I the only one who imagines "kindhearted", "understanding" or "patient" is code for: I'm impotent, don't pressure me. I spend a lot of time by the water--watching thank you--and I can count on one hand the number of people I have ever seen 'walking on the beach'. I think people have "head games" confused with "I'm not interested in dating you".I enjoy watching the water at many beaches and just along the shore and whatever time of year--no one is walking. Now, if someone says they like something how come they are never out doing it? Guys are to lazy to climb up to the get a good one..... The whine about at least answering mail if someone contacts. Probably a nicer one than you'd hear if you really wanted "honesty".If they were they just might meet someone who honestly enjoys the same thing and not out to impress you by saying they like it. My least favourite is the "I look younger than my age".
First date Lobster and Dom Perignon Girl's in town. LOL"(Has 8,765 MSN friends and only leaves her computer to answer the Pizza Hut guy at the door.)"No married men!And hey, if they happen to meet that someone special on my site, great! If not, at least they got out of the house and tried something different. There are so many singles sites springing up that every time I have a good idea it seems to be already taken by another site. PLUS the theme/colour scheme I used for my site is all chocolate browns, coffees/cappucinos, creams, and pinks."(Only dates married men.)"Just because I post sexy pictures doesn't mean I want sex!!
"(In therapy since 1986.)I can't count how many times I have heard that coming from men who emailed me.
What follows is rough guide and my personal musings on some of my favourite standards."I don't know what to put." So I'm going to waste space with my alarming inability to know my own self."Ask me." As I have never introduced myself to anyone before."I t Ype Li Ke Dis".
